At DecodeTek, we know that our greatest strengths come from the people who make up our team. For us, inclusion and diversity are ingrained in who we are today because we know it’s what will get us to tomorrow. But our work is far from over. In fact, we continuously push for better.

We empower our team members to make an impact on our business and in the world. We foster a culture that is unconditionally inclusive, and in return ask that our people contribute all their differing perspectives, ideas, and experiences for one common purpose: to advance the way people live and work.

A critical component of our People mission is our keen desire to engage members of our Veterans, Guards, and Reserve forces in our employee eco-system. We recognize that the Guards and Reserves are essential for the strength of our nation and the well-being of our communities.

In the highest American tradition, the patriotic men and women of the Guards and Reserves serve the nation voluntarily in an honorable and vital profession. They train to respond to their community and country in time of need. They deserve support from every segment of our society.

If these Volunteer forces are to continue to serve our Nation, increased public awareness is required of the critical role of the Guards and Reserves in national security. Therefore, we join other Employers signing a statement of support pledge that:

  • We fully recognize, honor, and comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act.

  • We will provide our managers and supervisors with the tools they need to effectively manage employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve.

  • We appreciate the values, leadership, and unique skills Service members bring to the workforce and will encourage opportunities to hire Guardsmen, Reservists, and Veterans.

  • We will continually recognize and support our country’s Service members and their families, in peace, in crises, and in war.

Commitment to our Veterans, Guards and Reserve forces
